Come join SMIG and learn about what PM&R has to offer. We are lucky to have Dr. Nancy Dudek, the Medical Director of the Amputee Program join us and provide an intro to PM&R and explain her experiences in this exciting and rewarding field.

Come join the family medicine, sports medicine, emergency medicine, and women’s health interest groups for a fun interactive discussion with fellows/residents from each speciality. Held over Microsoft teams.

Strength and Conditioning Workshop (SMIG)

This workshop will be taught by Joey Kwasniewski, the head strength and conditioning coach for UOttawa varsity and will cover movement habits/mobility. Attendees will receive 1 IG hour for attending. Athletic Taping Workshop (SMIG)

What: Athletic taping workshop taught by Nadine Smith, the head Athletic Therapist at Carleton University. The workshop will cover ankle and thumb/wrist taping. When: Tuesday February 28th 5:30pm-7pm Where: RGN CBL room 2154A
